Vintage Shades is committed to delivering your orders with the highest standards of care, secure packaging, and within the estimated timelines. Orders are dispatched throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, using only reputed and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

  • All orders are shipped from our Delhi office.
  • Estimated delivery time within India is 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • We partner with established courier services to ensure efficient delivery; however, transit times may vary due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International orders typically require 20–30 working days for delivery, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines may vary based on the location and local regulations.
  • Applicable shipping charges are automatically calculated and added at checkout.
  • While Vintage Shades endeavours to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once the shipment has been dispatched.
  • The recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges must be paid to release the shipment from customs.
  • In the event of a return, all shipping costs, customs duties, and related charges shall be borne by the customer. Vintage Shades shall not be liable for such fees.

DELIVERY INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS

Customers are requested to carefully inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery.
  • Please record a video and take photographs of the damaged package before refusing the shipment.
  • No claims, returns, or replacements will be accepted once a damaged package has been received and acknowledged.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

All delivery timelines provided are estimated and indicative only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or courier-related delays.
